The Food
Since opening in 2013, Jonny Blonde has become one of Hamilton’s celebrated chefs. The city's burgeoning foodie culture has recognized his delicious food with dozens of awards - as a local chef, and for the catering business, food truck and take-out restaurant he operates with his partner, Layal.
Jonny starts with beautiful ingredients for his farm-to-table approach to cooking, which includes premium, ethically raised, antibiotic-free meat and a commitment to whole animal butchery.
With passion and a style uniquely his own, Jonny mixes bold, rich flavours with delicious food combinations to create memorable menus for weddings and distinctive upscale events. Everything is made in house - from the sauces to the artisan bread.

The Service
No kitchen? No problem! Our food truck can bring the food to you. We provide a variety of service styles - from formal plated dinners and cocktail-style parties with passed apps and food stations to buffet and family-style meals. And just as delicious and fun, we also offer late night food or snacks.

Nut and shellfish allergies in particular can be a serious concern so we prefer to avoid those items if any of your guests have those allergies.

Optional Bartenders $150 for 4 hour minimum, each additional hour $25
