(award-winning, 4th Generation Cheese maker from Plainfield, ON near Belleville)
Traditional, naturally-aged cheese using thermalized cow’s milk.
Pairs well with off-dry hard cider, fresh or dried apple slices, caramelized onion compote or red pepper jelly.
Won Grand Champion at the British Empire Cheese Show.

Handeck Cheese ​

 (award-winning artisan cheese from Gunn’s Hills Cheese, Woodstock, ON)
A hard 18-month old Swiss Alpine-style hand-crafted washed-rind cheese with rich, complex flavors and nutty overtones. Made with milk from a neighbouring family dairy farm in Oxford county.  Awarded best Farmhouse Cheese in Canada.
Good on sandwiches and pairs well with dark roasted beers and red wines like Pinot Noir.

Five Brothers Gouda

(award-winning artisan cheese from Gunn’s Hills Cheese, Woodstock, ON)
A popular hand-crafted cheese with a unique flavourful mix between the Gouda and Gruyere varieties. This washed-rind cow's milk cheese has a firm but creamy texture and  is aged on cedar wood planks that add robust flavours with a hint of sweetness. It melts easily and is often used in pasta. Made with milk from a neighbouring family dairy farm in Oxford county.  Awarded best firm cheese in Canada.
Pairs well with Pilsner beers and white wines like Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
