OUR BURGERS
Grass-fed beef, organic & antibiotic-free chicken & Ontario seasonal produce is at the heart of what we do. Everything is made from scratch using 100% local ingredients - from our organic brioche buns & house-made flatbreads, to our condiments, marinades & sauces. We use only the best local honey & maple syrup to sweeten our butter tarts, pickles, sauces & condiments. It is incredibly rewarding to connect with & support the local farmers, artisans & small businesses in our community. We feel a great responsibility to our farmers & guests to prepare this beautiful food to the best of our ability & with the utmost integrity. We feel blessed to be able to nourish, feed, connect with & be a part of this vibrant city & community.
