We cannot thank them enough for their service. Layal is a complete gem and she communicated with us every step of the way and answered my 1000 questions:) Their catering staff is delightful as well. The food was absolutely amazing! Every single guest we spoke to said it was the best wedding food they had ever had. We also had them open for a late night snack, sliders and poutine. The guests LOVED it! It poured rain which pushed our entire timeline back, and they rolled with it and still executed perfectly. Layal and the rest of the team were so lovely and so attentive. Our guests also knew the bartender, Sam, by name by the end of the night. We had so many people tell us they were very impressed by how fast he got the drinks out! I had the chicken and it was amazing!! The rest of the people at my table had steak and they all said it was the best steak they’ve ever had!! We had no idea that the food had been prepared in a food truck that was parked three floors down, in the back parking lot!!! The servers were very pleasant and we later enjoyed a little chat with Jonny himself, inside the freight elevator. We all praised him for the awesome meal and thanked him for being so gracious with us! We had food stations as well as platters brought around by staff. Lots to choose from and deliciously prepared. Everything was served hot by friendly and efficient staff and every item was tastier than the last. I was so grateful for Layal and her staff as they really looked after so many details when it came to collecting and sorting dishes from our rental at the end of the night. Layal was super easy to work with and Johnny delivered a tremendous four course meal. Food quality and service was top notch and highly professional, especially given the current climate and restrictions. The proven classics (deep fried mac & cheese balls and steak) delivered, but the surprise hit was the rainbow trout. I would recommend them again in an instant.
