A cocktail-style dinner is made up of apps and stations. Smaller groups usually have only apps or include one station.
We can suggest a perfect mix for you or let you make your own selections. We recommend 8 - 9 apps per person or fewer if you have stations. Depending on the number of people, you can replace 1 - 2 apps with a station. 

Not looking for a full meal? You can still order apps and/or stations as long the minimum is met and the event takes place outside the regular dinner hour.
