THE FOOD

Chef Jonny Blonde is one of Hamilton’s celebrated chefs, recognized with dozens of awards for his culinary skills. He proudly works with local farmers to source quality ingredients for his distinctive and memorable menus.
Everything is made in house - from sauces to artisan breads. Fruit and veggies are farm fresh and meat is premium quality, ethically raised and antibiotic-free.

We offer a variety of catering styles, including:
- formal plated dinners
- buffet-style meals
- cocktail-style parties with passed appetizers & food stations
-  signature long-board catering for flatbread tacos, cheese & charcuterie and appetizers.

MANIFESTO for our community 


​Keeping it real is important. For us that means everything is made from scratch using quality Canadian ingredients. Our organic flour for example, comes from right here in Ontario. Just like the maple syrup,  honey and local fruits we use to sweeten our delicious desserts - never white or brown sugar. The incredible cheeses we use come from Ontario and Quebec and our meat, fruit and veggies from the best farms around Hamilton.

Using local Ingredients supports farmers and food artisans and helps connect people to their food source. Buying local helps create a vibrant and diverse economy in our community and connects us to one another.
